If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon you can so we are able to make some room for other guests.  If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 72 hours’ notice before your booking, then your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel or attempt to reschedule your booking and are not able to give more than 72 hours’ notice before your booking for any reason, then your deposit will be retained in full.

Unfortunately, we don’t allow for pets in the restaurant room or PDR or Restaurant

All windows in the PDR must be closed at 10pm

No Drinks allowed outside the pub after 10pm

No vaping or smoking on the pub (only outside)

We have a speaker that you can use and connect to, we don’t allow for PA Systems or speaker to be brought in (you can bring a microphone and speaker for quizzes etc but please ask prior to your booking)

All music must be turned off at 10:45pm

Unfortunately, we don’t have disabled access to the PDR as the only access is via the stairs

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the bill (all of which goes to our lovely LOTL staff).

The LOTL reserves the right to retain deposit monies should there be any damage caused to fixtures and fittings by any member of the party.

LOTL accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items left in our premises. All items are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

Upon leaving, please remind your entire group to be mindful that we are in residential neighbourhood and leave quietly.
