If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon you can so we are able to make some room for other guests.  If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 72 hours’ notice before your booking, then your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel or attempt to reschedule your booking and are not able to give more than 72 hours’ notice before your booking for any reason, then your deposit will be retained in full.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the Rhed Room, our private dining room.

No vaping or smoking inside our premises.

Unfortunately, we do not have disabled access to the Rhed Room as the only access is via two flights of stairs.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the bill (all of which goes to our Lore of the Land staff). This will be added to the bill on food or drinks orders.

Lore of the Land reserves the right to retain deposit monies should there be any loss or damage caused to fixtures and fittings by any member of the party.

Lore of the Land accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items left in our premises. All items are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

Upon leaving, please remind your group to be mindful that we are in residential neighbourhood and to leave quietly.

Please be aware we can only serve alcoholic drinks from 10am (11am on Sundays).
