Food & Drink

All food must be pre-ordered. We require pre-orders on food to be completed 7 days Prior to your booking, no changes will be accepted to the order 72 hours prior to the booking.

Please highlight any allergies any of your guests have when giving us your order.

Please keep us in the loop on any changes in numbers, regardless of how small, so we can do our best to accommodate you. All changes to the number of people are final 72 hours before you're booking.

*Our menus are based on sustainable, fresh ingredients, which can change frequently in availability. If any ingredient is not available, we reserve the right to change the offer to a similar product.

The private dining room/Rhed Room boasts its own bar offering an extensive handpicked range of wines for you to choose from and offers a range of cocktails and a selection Gritchie Brewery Co beers.

Private Dining Pricing

Bookings up to 4.5 hours (Daytime or Evening)- Generally we charge a £500 deposit for your booking which can be redeemed on the day via your ordered meals or drinks. You will have a minimum spend of £1000.

Christmas Booking – Deposit of £1000 with a minimum spend of £1500, choice from our Festive menu.

Bookings of the whole day – Deposit of £1000 that can be redeemed on food and drinks, you will have a minimum spend of £3000.

Booking out our Restaurant room – whole day or evening - deposit of £2000. Minimum spend of £4500.

Booking Restaurant room - lunch - deposit of £1000. Minimum spend of £3000.

* Please be aware these do vary depending on the type of celebration/event you are hoping for, we are happy to be flexible with pricing. (the price & minimum spend does not include service charge) *

All lunch bookings finish at 16:30 and all Dinner bookings are from 18:00

Once your Deposit has been paid and your booking is in place you automatically agree to all the Terms and Conditions.

Business Hire Package

Our standard package is purely the hire of the room, with this package choice, the room will be cleared and set up for your own use.

From 8am onwards, we can do morning and afternoon slots. We are happy to discuss timings to cater to your needs.

Please be aware we can only sell alcohol from 10am (11am on Sundays) if you would like to purchase from the bar at your booking, please let us know.

The Rhed Room has a 65’ HD ready screen for presentations, conference calling and events screenings, which you can connect to for use in your presentations, as well as a conference call speaker and camera, allowing team members from across the world to join in. You will have access to our high speed Wi-Fi.
